How much is shipping?
It all depends on the products that you purchase and the place where it will be ship to; at the checkout page by adding your address it will give you the cost of shipping.
Why don't you ship to my country or town?
At the moment because we use USPS, FedEx and Correos de Costa Rica, we can’t ship any products to your specific country.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Below you can see how it will take for the package to arrive after the order status says that has been shipped.

What are the shipping prices?
Do I have to pay for customs fees?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.
Do you offer shipping with tracking?
Yes, all shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.

What if I change my mind?
To cancel any order go to your account to the order status, open the order and click cancel, if you are not able to cancel the order please send us an e-mail to email@example.com, so that we can cancel it for you, please have in mind that if the order status says order has been shipped, we cannot cancel any orders.

We use PayPal and 2Checkout to process our orders, so no Credit Card information will be store in this website. Credit Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal Balance.
